75 minutes in four steps
Koubido works the muscle, fascia and skin of the face in a very particular sequence.

Welcome and assessment
Ten minutes to talk. I ask how you are, what brings you in and what you have been carrying this week. The session is designed from there.

Getting settled
You change in your own time. Warm room, low light, quiet music and the Massada oils already warming.
- 03
The treatment
Deep work on the neck, jaw, cheeks, eye contour and forehead. If you are up for it, intraoral work with gloves.
- 04
Finishing and what to do next
A gentle come-back, a glass of water and two or three exercises or tips to hold the results between sessions.
How to prepare
- Come with no make-up or very light make-up (I cleanse anyway).
- If you use retinol or acids, stop them two days before.
- Hydrate well in the hours before: the skin responds better.
Afterwards
Your face looks clearer, with better colour and a lighter feel. Avoid heavy make-up for 12 hours, moisturise well and use SPF the next day. The effect on the jawline builds up across a course of sessions.
Important: this treatment is complementary. It does not replace medical diagnosis or medical treatment. If you have a specific condition — pregnancy, recent surgery, cardiovascular disease, cancer treatment — please tell me before the session so I can assess it and adapt.

- Koubido is a Japanese facial massage technique that works the muscles, fascia and skin of the face and neck with deep strokes. It tones, reduces sagging, defines the jawline and brings back radiance, with no needles and nothing invasive.
- How many Koubido sessions before I see results?
- The first results — radiance and tone — show from the very first session. For a defined jawline and reduced sagging, I recommend a course of six to ten sessions, monthly or fortnightly.
- How long is a koubido session?
- Each session lasts 75 minutes. If it is your first visit, allow an extra ten minutes at the start for the initial assessment.
- How much does the koubido cost?
- €70 per session. There are also discounted packs if you book a course of several sessions.
- Where does the treatment take place?
- At Jenifer Martínez's studio, Passatge Mercè Rodoreda 13, local La Huella, 08860 Castelldefels. My own room, professional equipment and Massada natural skincare.

- Are there discounted packs or courses?
