What it is and what it does
A facial treatment designed to address sagging, dehydration and tired-looking tissue by stimulating the skin's own collagen and elastin. Massada has developed a Lift line with high-concentration hyaluronic acid combined with natural actives, which fills the interfibrillar spaces in the collagen. It works like a molecular sponge, holding water and delivering deep hydration while improving the skin's elasticity, firmness and radiance.

Koubido works the muscle, fascia and skin of the face in a very particular sequence.

Welcome and assessment
Ten minutes to talk. I ask how you are, what brings you in and what you have been carrying this week. The session is designed from there.

Getting settled
You change in your own time. Warm room, low light, quiet music and the Massada oils already warming.
- 03
The treatment
Deep work on the neck, jaw, cheeks, eye contour and forehead. If you are up for it, intraoral work with gloves.
- 04
Finishing and what to do next
A gentle come-back, a glass of water and two or three exercises or tips to hold the results between sessions.
How to prepare
- Come with no make-up or very light make-up (I cleanse anyway).
- If you use retinol or acids, stop them two days before.
- Hydrate well in the hours before: the skin responds better.
Afterwards
Your face looks clearer, with better colour and a lighter feel. Avoid heavy make-up for 12 hours, moisturise well and use SPF the next day. The effect on the jawline builds up across a course of sessions.

- Each session lasts 75 minutes. If it is your first visit, allow an extra ten minutes at the start for the initial assessment.
- How much does the hyaluronic lifting cost?
- €80 per session. There are also discounted packs if you book a course of several sessions.
