What it is and what it does
The session opens with an assessment of how you are physically and emotionally. From there I combine deep tissue work, drainage, energy techniques and Massada oils into a treatment built for you, working body and mind together.

90 minutes in four steps
Every session follows a clear structure, but what happens inside it is shaped by your body on that particular day.

Welcome and assessment
Ten minutes to talk. I ask how you are, what brings you in and what you have been carrying this week. The session is designed from there.

Getting settled
You change in your own time. Warm room, low light, quiet music and the Massada oils already warming.
- 03
The treatment
Hands-on work on the areas your body is asking for. I combine deep tissue work, energy techniques and aromatherapy if you fancy it.
- 04
Finishing and what to do next
A gentle come-back, a glass of water and two or three exercises or tips to hold the results between sessions.
How to prepare
- Arrive five minutes early so you can start relaxed.
- Better not to eat a heavy meal right before.
- If one particular spot is bothering you, note it down — we will work it properly.
Afterwards
You may feel deeply relaxed, or slightly tired. Both are normal. Drink water, avoid hard effort for a few hours, and if we worked on knots you may get a mild ache like the day after training, which settles in 24 to 48 hours.
Important: this treatment is complementary. It does not replace medical diagnosis or medical treatment. If you have a specific condition — pregnancy, recent surgery, cardiovascular disease, cancer treatment — please tell me before the session so I can assess it and adapt.

- Is it a good choice for a first visit?
- Yes, it is the one I recommend most for a first visit. The initial assessment lets Jenifer get to know your body before combining techniques, which gets the most out of that first session.
- How long is a personalised massage session?
- Each session lasts 90 minutes. If it is your first visit, allow an extra ten minutes at the start for the initial assessment.
- How much does the personalised massage cost?
- €80 per session. There are also discounted packs if you book a course of several sessions.

- At Jenifer Martínez's studio, Passatge Mercè Rodoreda 13, local La Huella, 08860 Castelldefels. My own room, professional equipment and Massada natural skincare.

- Are there discounted packs or courses?
- Yes. For treatments that work better in a series — anti-cellulite, Koubido, drainage, deep tissue — there are packs of 5 or 10 sessions at a reduced price. Just ask when you book.
