A full session combining lymphatic drainage, wood therapy and Massada products with active anti-cellulite ingredients. Designed for established cellulite, with visible results across a course of several sessions.

Welcome and assessment
Ten minutes to talk. I ask how you are, what brings you in and what you have been carrying this week. The session is designed from there.

Getting settled
You change in your own time. Warm room, low light, quiet music and the Massada oils already warming.

The treatment
Wooden tools, or the full anti-cellulite protocol with active Massada skincare and drainage combined.
- 04
Finishing and what to do next
A gentle come-back, a glass of water and two or three exercises or tips to hold the results between sessions.
How to prepare
- Hydrate well before and after the session.
- Wear comfortable underwear (I can recommend a specific style if you like).
- Thinking of it as a course of six sessions is what makes the results show.
Afterwards
The skin is left toned and, where wood therapy was used, may look slightly red for a few hours. Some people get small bruises if their skin is very sensitive: that is normal and nothing to worry about.
Important: this treatment is complementary. It does not replace medical diagnosis or medical treatment. If you have a specific condition — pregnancy, recent surgery, cardiovascular disease, cancer treatment — please tell me before the session so I can assess it and adapt.

- Each session lasts 90 minutes. If it is your first visit, allow an extra ten minutes at the start for the initial assessment.
- How much does the anti-cellulite cost?
- €80 per session. There are also discounted packs if you book a course of several sessions.

- At Jenifer Martínez's studio, Passatge Mercè Rodoreda 13, local La Huella, 08860 Castelldefels. My own room, professional equipment and Massada natural skincare.

- Are there discounted packs or courses?
